InTheMixxer is a young blogger and radio personality dedicated to setting everyone up for greatness. In 2009 she created a blog site that's sole purpose was to feature people that were "makin moves." Artists, musicians, authors, clothing designers of all types, business owners and promoters are just some examples of the types of great people she has featured on her blog. Originally the site was called THE MIXXER. The name ironically came from a TV show where a woman would put single men or women in a situation to network and get to know a group of the opposite sex. The name seemed to fit the purpose of the site because the intentions were nothing more than to provide a platform for people to do the exact same thing but instead of on a romantic level it was applied to the entertainment and business world. With the intent to become the "friend of a friend" that has a positive relationship with everyone she encountered she continued to establish relationships with everyone that had a movement wherever she went. With the phrase "I'm inside of the mixxer" being her phrase of choice, it was time to choose a twitter name: InTheMixxer it was. Using the social network as a way to build her brand and awareness of her website, her twitter name is what everyone recognized instead of her real name and a brand was created. InTheMixxer is currently on both a local FM station (88.1 WHOV HAMPTON UNIVERSITY) and an online radio station (HIPHOPHIGHLIGHTS.COM) , blogging for both her own website and also THEREBELSOCIETY.COM, working as a PR for music producer JIMBO WAM, social media director for hip-hop legend NOMALICE, and continuing to provide that same platform she originally intended to provide with her website that is being viewed world wide on a daily basis.
